The cost of menu updates is high: every time a new product is launched or prices are adjusted, it is necessary to reprint the paper menu, which is costly and laborious.

Low communication efficiency during busy hours: The boss works at the same time, and during peak hours, they have to answer customers' questions such as' What recommendations do you have? ', making them flustered.

Frequent customers cannot remember: unable to provide attentive service.

The promotion method is single: only a sign can be placed at the entrance, unable to accurately reach customers who have come to the store.


Our solution

We have designed a solution for it that is "zero learning cost, deeply tailored to the operating habits of small stores". The core page is as follows:

1. Homepage: "Today's Main Promotion" Hero Zone

The background is a close-up photo taken by the shop owner himself with his phone, real and enticing.

In the middle of the page is the only "Today's main promotion" product card, such as "Shepherd's purse fresh meat Wonton (set meal includes side dishes+drinks)", and the preferential price is highlighted.

There is only one prominent 'Start Ordering' button below.

2. Ordering page: "Waterfall" and "One sentence dish"

Uncategorized design: All dishes are arranged in a "waterfall flow" like social dynamics, and scrolling through them is very smooth.

Extremely simplified dish card: Each card contains: dish image, name, price, and a "+" sign. The dish description only needs one sentence, such as "Fresh eyebrows fall off! Daily freshly boiled bone soup" or "Must order in summer! Refreshing and appetizing".

Top of the "Custom Requirements" box: Above the menu, there is a permanent input box for "What are your taboos or preferences? (e.g. no onions, more spicy)", which customers can fill in first.

3. Shopping cart page: "Intelligent order matching" prompt

The page displays the selected products and total price in a concise manner.

The system will perform real-time calculations and provide non pop-up friendly prompts in prominent locations:

5. "My" page: "Exclusive Identity" and Long lasting Connection

Display the customer's "foodie level" (such as "community foodie") and points.

The core function is "My Taste": customers can set their own taboos and preferences for the first time (such as adding more coriander and less salt), which will be automatically applied every time they place an order thereafter.

Showcase 'My Exclusive Discounts' to create a sense of exclusivity and motivation to return.

The essence of QR code ordering designed for small and micro shops lies in its "minimalist functionality but deep emotional connection". It transforms cold technology into a bridge for small shops to maintain customers and convey warmth through a series of carefully designed and humane pages.
